How do I know I need a new mattress?

To assess if you need a new mattress, consider these signs of lost support:

– Better sleep elsewhere (e.g., hotels)

– Visible wear (sagging, lumpiness)

– Rotating fails to help

– Mattress is aging (5-8 years old)

– Waking up tired or achy

How do I know how much I qualify for financing?

How do I apply for a lease with your company?

We are currently with vendors listed on our website Own.lease , once you are at checkout please select Own.Lease as they payment option  and there you can apply.

How can I track my order?

After your order is complete, we will be sending you a confirmation with tracking.  Please be aware that packages may come in different dates as they may be shipping from different supplier locations.  Also know that shipping may be up to 2-3 weeks if it is shipped LTL and not FEDEX ground.

Do you offer financing?

Do you have a physical store?

No. Our products are only available online.

Do you have a comfort return policy?

We cannot replace or refund a mattress that has not been at a customer for at least 30 days.  This is due to it may take time for a mattress to break in and reach optimal comfort levels.  For a mattress to be eligible for a comfort replacement, the customer must reach out to support@emattressoutlet.com by the 90th day that the customer has received the product.

 

For As Is Mattresses – the product is not eligible for a comfort return due to the crazy special deal that is currently being offered.

Do I need my receipt to file a warranty claim?

In most cases we will be able to locate your receipt in our records however, it is the consumer’s responsibility to retain proof of purchase to ensure warranty coverage should we be unable to locate it for you.

Do I have to flip a mattress?

Modern mattresses typically don’t need flipping. Unlike older models, rotating them head to foot every 6 months ensures even wear and minimizes body impressions.
